We’re officially over halfway through the year. Where has the time gone?!
Whether you’ve been smashing your goals and hitting the gym consistently, or feel like you’ve lost a bit of steam, this is your reminder: it's ok to steady the ship, reset, and go again!

The summer is the perfect time to pause, reflect, and re-focus. Life is always busy and no doubt through the summer, it only gets busier! Holidays, day's out, perhaps even work stress. It all adds up. But progress isn’t about perfection. It’s about showing up, adjusting when needed, and keeping your eyes on the bigger picture.
So here are three quick ways to reset your momentum:
Reflect, don’t regret. Look back at the past six months. What went well? What didn’t? Be honest, but kind to yourself, too. Compare your achievements to your start point, rather than some "ideal". Every experience is feedback, not failure.
Set one clear focus. Try not to overhaul everything. Pick one thing: maybe it’s consistency, nutrition, sleep, or mobility, and give it your attention for the next 30 days.
Lean into the community. You’re not or shouldn't be doing this alone. Whether you’re thriving or struggling, talk to your coaches, check in with your training partners, and remember, we’re all here to lift each other up.
Final thoughts
Let’s make the second half of 2025 even stronger than the first. Reset. Re-focus. And remember, momentum starts with one small step. Be kind to yourself, stay connected to your community, and keep showing up, even if it’s not perfect. Progress isn’t about perfection; it’s about consistency over time.
