Preparing children for life!
Just like our adults, CrossFit kids will help children prepare for the known, unknown and unknowable that is life. Through teaching immaculate technique to the foundations of CrossFit movements, your child will develop physical skills and strength that they'll utilise well into adulthood.
Not only will your child develop physically, but mentally too, with experience of challenging workouts, teamwork, accepting responsibility as well as the ability to make better food choices.

The bottom line of CrossFit kids though, is to have a great time! If it's not fun, it's not CrossFit kids!

CrossFit Kids: from 5 - 11 yo
We want to instil a positive association with exercise for children, and just like our adult classes, we use constantly varied, functional movements executed at a relative and age related intensity to develop sound movement techniques and skills and strength.
Healthy food choices
CrossFit kids is not just about sound movement and physical development. We'll also teach children (and parents!) how to make healthier food choices.

CrossFit teens: from 12 - 18 yo
Building on sound and consistent technique, we start to introduce sensible loadings to teenages as their physique and technical ability develop. As with our adult classes, perfect technique is always the priority before increasing intensity for our teens.

Teachnig life skills
Our CrossFit teens sessions will help vital life skills and experience. Performing hard tasks, realising responsibility for actions, as well as celebrating the successes of their peers will all serve our teens now and long into adulthood.
