Our high energy, Metabolic Conditioning classes remove some of the more complex, highly-skilled movements of CrossFit, meaning they are accessible to all. This means you can focus on elevating your heart rate, maintain intensity and improve your aerobic "cardio" fitness using fun and varied movements.
It's easy to get carried away during high intensity sessions and with poor technique comes poor efficiency and the risk of injury. Fortunately, our Met Con sessions also allow us to teach good technique on our conditioning machines, such as Concept 2 rowing machines and ski ergs.
